Welcome to RFPPlanet.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. 1. Definitions

The following terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• Company / We / Us: RFPPlanet, the owner and operator of rfpplanet.com and its associated services.
• User / You: Any individual, business, or organization that accesses, browses, or uses our platform in any capacity.
• Service: All features provided on RFPPlanet, including RFP search and browsing, email alerts, document downloads, saved searches, subscription plans, federal RFP listings, and any AI-assisted features.
• Content: Any information, text, data, documents, graphics, or materials made available on or through the platform, whether submitted by the Company, government sources, or third parties.
• Subscription: A paid or trial access plan that grants expanded permissions including unlimited document downloads and advanced search features.
• RFP Document: A procurement solicitation file (PDF, DOCX, etc.) made available for download on the platform upon purchase or active subscription.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or make a purchase.
• By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

2.2 Account Registration

• Public browsing of RFP listings is available without an account. An account is required for email alerts, saved searches, free trial access, and document downloads.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@rfpplanet.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person or organization. Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trial benefits is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access, harvest, or download data from the platform without prior written consent.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share downloaded RFP documents or platform data with third parties.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or integrity of the platform or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, including other users' accounts.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications or to collect personal information about other users.
• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

3. Payments and Fees

• RFPPlanet offers free account features, a limited one-time free trial for eligible users, individual RFP document purchases, and paid subscription plans. All applicable fees are displayed clearly before checkout.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges.
• Payments are processed through PayPal or Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service.
• Promotional pricing, discount codes, and coupon offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• RFPPlanet does not store your full credit card or banking details. All payment data is handled exclusively by the payment processor.

4. Subscriptions and Refund Policy

4.1 Free Trial

• Eligible new users receive a one-time, 7-day free trial that includes up to 3 document downloads. No credit card is required to activate the trial.
• The free trial is available once per user. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is a violation of these Terms.
• Trial access expires automatically after 7 days. Unused download credits do not carry over to a paid plan.

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Paid subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly) activate immediately upon successful payment and grant unlimited RFP document downloads for the duration of the billing period.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your plan before it expires to maintain uninterrupted access.
• Plan features, pricing, and download limits are governed by the details displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

4.3 Refund Policy

All purchases on RFPPlanet are generally non-refundable once a subscription has been activated or an RFP document has been downloaded, as the digital content is delivered immediately upon payment.

• Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where a verified technical failure prevented access to purchased content. Submit requests within 7 days of purchase to info@rfpplanet.com with your order details.
• Duplicate payments caused by verified technical errors will be refunded in full.
• RFPPlanet is not responsible for refunds due to your failure to use a subscription before it expires.

4.4 Individual RFP Purchases

• Individual RFP documents may be purchased without a subscription. Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the document for your own internal business purposes only.
• Purchased documents may not be redistributed, resold, or shared externally.

5. Intellectual Property

• The RFPPlanet platform — including its design, software, search algorithms, user interface, branding, and original content — is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• RFP documents sourced from government or public-sector entities remain the property of their respective issuing authorities. RFPPlanet facilitates access to these documents and does not claim ownership over them.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any platform content or software without prior written permission from the Company, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
• The RFPPlanet name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Accuracy

• RFPPlanet aggregates procurement notices from government and public-sector sources. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee that all listings are complete, current, or error-free.
• It is your responsibility to verify deadlines, eligibility requirements, and document contents directly with the issuing authority before responding to any RFP.
• RFPPlanet is not responsible for missed deadlines, disqualifications, or losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RFPPlanet and its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to RFPPlanet in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any active subscription will not be refunded unless termination was caused solely by a Company error.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@rfpplanet.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

8. Privacy and Data

• Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors is governed by their own privacy policies.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court as appropriate under applicable law.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RFPPlanet regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

• RFPPlanet may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features.
• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or via a platform notice.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
