BIO-PLEX 200 SYSTEM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN

The requirement is to provide a preventive maintenance (PM) full on-site complete support plan for the Bio-Plex 200 Array Reader (SN: LX10015293401 / ECN: 099987), XY Platform (SN: LXY15310602 / ECN: 099988), and HTF System (SN: LXSD15303001 / ECN: 099990) located at NAMRU-SA for a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years for a total of 36 months. This plan shall include unlimited on-site service repair visits, comprehensive and all-inclusive parts, labor, and travel expenses, highest servicing dispatching priority during the service agreement coverage period, and one PM visit per year. In the unlikely event the current PC needs replacement during the contract period, NAMRU-SA will purchase a replacement PC via a separate acquisition, and the vendor will install compatible software and provide configuration of the PC.
