This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Solicitation Information This Request for Quote is issued as Solicitation No. 1240BH26Q0004 for the installation of a new boat ramp at the Forest Service Sutton Lake day?use site. The new boat ramp will replace the existing structure. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set?Aside. NAICS Code: 237310 – Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Small Business Size Standard: $45.0 million PSC Code: Y1LB – Construction of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Submission Instructions Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ documents in the included Portfolios and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation, to susie.felton@usda.gov no later than COB (1630) PST on 23 April 2026. Hard?copy originals are not required. Quotes that are incomplete or fail to address all RFQ requirements may be deemed non?responsive.
