The new boat ramp will replace the existing structure. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set?Aside. NAICS Code: 237310 – Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Small Business Size Standard: $45.0 million PSC Code: Y1LB – Construction of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Submission Instructions Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ documents in the included Portfolios and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation, to susie.felton@usda.gov no later than COB (1630) PST on 23 April 2026.
